Flexible Working (FULL TIME) – 1 day per week in London £80000-£100000 + bonus + benefits + 25 days holiday
Here, you’ll lead UK marketing end-to-end, shaping strategy and delivering execution. From £100k+ ATL and OOH campaigns to high-impact retail launches, you’ll be behind the big brand moments that get noticed. You’ll have the creative freedom to influence everything from packaging and campaigns to social content and collaborations. Working closely with founders, sales, agencies, retailers and partners, you’ll have high visibility and real impact. And with mostly home based/flexible working, you can plan your week around life, not the other way round. This is though, a standalone role. You'll build and implement the strategy to deliver ambitious growth, and ultimately grow a team thereafter. So you need to be a "doer" and not just a strategist.
What you’ll do
- Lead and deliver the UK brand and marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across brand, commercial and consumer activity
- Own the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, digital, social, retail, partnerships and events
- Manage agencies and freelancers, overseeing creative briefs, budgets, timelines and end-to-end delivery
- Drive retail marketing performance through compelling creative, NPD support and sponsored media activity
- Oversee packaging, artwork and brand consistency across existing ranges and new product launches
- Build and grow social, community and digital presence through content creation, creator partnerships and performance optimisation
- Identify and manage strategic brand collaborations and events that strengthen relevance and reach
- Act as the central UK marketing lead, supporting cross-functional initiatives and ensuring excellence across all brand touchpoints
What you’ll need
- Significant FMCG marketing experience with a high growth brand
- Experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Capable of travelling to London on a regular basis for founder meet-ups, trade shows, marketing events
There is a fair bit going on here. Par for the course in the challenger brand world. For that reason, those with experience working in a small, scaling FMCG challenger or SME would be ideal!
