It has a flat structure whereby decisions are made quickly and samples are sent before rivals have even seen an enquiry.

We’re looking for a Development Technologist to focus mainly on dairy and sauce applications, with opportunities to work across other categories. This position is customer-facing, and building relationships will be a key part of the role. If you enjoy customer interaction (both in the UK and overseas), you’ll have plenty of exposure here.

The ideal applicant will have:

  • 3-7 years’ experience as a Development Technologist
  • Good knowledge of functional ingredients
  • Practical, hands-on experience in either dairy or sauce applications
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Given the location of the site (it’s not well serviced by public transport), you’ll need a driving license and your own vehicle.
