We're partnering with one of the UK's leading manufacturers in the health and wellness space to recruit an Account Executive to join their expanding commercial team.

In this office-based role, you’ll be responsible for 30+ ambitious customers across the UK and internationally, helping bring innovative products to market at pace. No two days are the same. Priorities shift, new launches emerge, customers need answers and the business moves quickly.

If you thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment and enjoy being at the centre of the action, this could be the role for you.

We're particularly keen to speak with individuals from Customer Service, Account Executive, Account Coordinator or similar customer-focused backgrounds, although we're open to any FMCG experience where you've managed customers, projects, orders or internal stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as the day-to-day contact for a diverse portfolio of customers
  • Managing orders, enquiries and ongoing customer relationships
  • Coordinating new product launches from concept through to delivery
  • Working closely with Supply Chain, Production, NPD and Technical teams to keep projects moving
  • Ensuring customers receive a first-class service at every stage

What we're looking for:

  • Experience within FMCG in any capacity involving customer interaction, account support or project coordination
  • Alternatively, experience in a Customer Service or Account Executive role within a fast-moving environment
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
  • Someone who can juggle multiple priorities and keep things moving
