What You'll Do
- Create engaging internal communications that keep employees informed, connected, and inspired.
- Source and develop stories from across the Western Europe region for publication on internal channels, including newsletters and the intranet.
- Support the creation and delivery of content across internal communication platforms.
- Assist in planning and coordinating quarterly employee meetings and other engagement events.
- Support external communications activities, including drafting materials and helping to share stories externally.
- Work with external communications agencies to amplify Opella news, initiatives, and campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple countries, functions, and cultures to support communications projects.
About You
- Currently studying towards a degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Must remain in full-time education through September 2027.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong interest in communications, media, content creation, and employee engagement.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders across different teams and countries.
- Proactive, curious, self‑motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
