About the Role

We are looking for a curious, detail‑oriented student to join our Regulatory Affairs team for a 12‑month industrial placement. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, international regulatory environment, supporting activities across the UK and Western Europe. You will work closely with Regulatory, Medical, and Commercial teams, contributing to meaningful projects while developing strong technical and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of regulatory projects across the UK and Western Europe, contributing to scientific and operational activities.
  • Maintain and manage regulatory data within systems such as Veeva Vault RIM and PromoMats, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and organisation of regulatory documentation and submissions.
  • Generate reports and insights from regulatory databases to support decision‑making.
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and communication materials for internal and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Support advertising and promotional compliance monitoring, including digital and retailer content reviews.
  • Coordinate meetings and provide operational support to the Regulatory Affairs team, ensuring effective collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a biomedical, life sciences, or related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
