Go10 is a fast-growing e-commerce & B2B distribution company, and we are looking for a precise, logical, and fast-thinking Automation Specialist to streamline our business using no-code/low-code tools, APIs, and process automation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will build automation across sales, finance, operations, and reporting, helping Go10 scale efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Automate workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and Airtable to eliminate repetitive manual work.
- Develop API integrations between ERP (Brightpearl), e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon), finance tools (Xero), and external systems.
- Work with SQL databases to automate data processing, reporting, and insights.
- Create lightweight automation apps using no-code platforms like Bubble, Glide, or automation tool-built apps.
- Enhance business reporting (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI) by automating data collection and analysis.
- Integrate AI-driven automation into processes such as pricing optimisation and demand forecasting.
- Ensure automation workflows are reliable, accurate, and scalable.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in automation, process optimisation, or workflow integration.
- Proven experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of APIs & SQL ability to pull & manage data across systems.
- Experience with no-code app development (Bubble, Glide, or automation tool-built apps).
- Advanced Excel & Google Sheets automation (macros, scripting, data dashboards).
- Commercially aware - understands how automation improves business efficiency.
- Precise & logical thinker - avoids mistakes, double-checks work, and delivers clean workflows.
- Task-focused - completes work before chasing new automation ideas.
