We are embarking on a strategic initiative to enhance our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) maturity across various development artefacts, including APIs, design patterns, self-healing automation etc. We seek a Technical Delivery Manager to lead this transformative journey. The Technical Delivery Manager will lead efforts to elevate our SDLC maturity, ensuring the application of best practices across various artefact buckets. This role extends beyond traditional project management; the ideal candidate will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, driving both strategic oversight and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- SDLC Enhancement: Evaluate current SDLC processes, identify improvement areas, and implement strategies to elevate maturity levels across various development artefacts.
- Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives aimed at SDLC enhancement, ensuring projects meet objectives, timelines, and budgets.
