We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Integration Specialist with Global General Ledger (GGL) experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) integration architecture, development practices, and data migration techniques. This role will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and support seamless integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and other business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions for Dynamics 365 F&O, with a focus on Global General Ledger capabilities.
- Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to translate business requirements into integration specifications.
- Develop and configure integrations using Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Data Management Framework (DMF), and other relevant tools.
- Manage data migration processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during transitions.
- Develop custom APIs, web services, and connectors to enable seamless data exchange across systems.
- Ensure integration solutions follow best practices in security, performance, and scalability.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure robust integration performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to business and technical teams on integration-related challenges.
- Create comprehensive documentation for integration designs, data mappings, and process flows.
- Stay updated on Dynamics 365 F&O updates, integration best practices, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O Integration Specialist or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Data Management Framework (DMF), and Power Platform.
- Experience working with Global General Ledger features, financial reporting, and multi-entity configurations.
- Solid understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory modules.
- Experience with Microsoft DevOps, LCS (Lifecycle Services), and automated deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
