A bit about what you will be doing:
We are looking for a dedicated and guest-centric Head Receptionist to join our team at 14 Stories. In this important role, you'll be the go-to person for our team of receptionists, ensuring that they uphold the high standards of service expected at our restaurant. While supporting the Reception Management team, you'll support the day-to-day reception area, managing calls, enquiries, and reservations with grace and efficiency. With your warmth and charm, you'll build lasting relationships with both guests and team members alike, setting a positive example for the rest of the team.
