Weekend roles available for experienced Personal Assistants to join an established, supportive 2:1 team working with a young man with complex needs. He is sociable, active, and enjoys being out and about. The role involves supporting him safely in the community and at home, using good judgement to maintain his independence and wellbeing. You will always work alongside another PA as part of a consistent team.
Shifts available:
- Day shifts: 9am–5pm (Saturday and Sunday)
- Waking nights: 10pm–9am (Saturday and Sunday)
- Additional hours available for planned holiday cover.
Experience required:
- Supporting people with complex needs
- Moving and handling (including hoist use)
- Epilepsy awareness
- Medication administration
You should be a reliable team member, a confident communicator, and comfortable supporting an adult in community settings.
