This position involves working closely with Hannah, an 18-year-old who has severe learning difficulties and Autism, assisting her in exploring her community and enjoying various activities. A flexible and patient individual is sought to help Hannah develop her independence and enjoy experiences such as music, swimming, and trips to the beach.
Experience in personal care and support for individuals with special needs is essential. The role may require evening and weekend hours, and a love for dogs is a must as the family has two.
