We are looking for a female Personal Assistant for a 16-year-old girl. She attends Karate, loves going to the beach and swimming – although not very well yet, and has just started Rangers. She also loves spending time on her tablet and on her phone playing games. However, she gets easily bored and we are looking for someone with a lot of patience, who would be willing to go swimming, go to the pictures and ride on the Metro. She loves buses, Metros and travelling generally.
She has five types of epilepsy, and although she is incredibly loving and caring, there can be times that she will be emotionally exhausted and frustrated when in large crowds. There will be some personal care involved as she is in pull ups and is also using pads at certain times of the month. She does not like fire alarms or the alarm in disabled toilets, which is a result of scaring herself as a child. She also loves dogs, and although there is not a dog resident at the property, a friend’s dog does visit, so if you are dog friendly, all the better.
Look past the medical issues and you will see a young lady with a wicked sense of humour, who can talk the ears off you and be amazingly active with after school clubs and activities galore.
