About 13AM and Project 195

13AM is on a mission to become the first brand in human history to have artist representation from all 195 countries on Earth. In a world that often feels increasingly divided, where negative narratives dominate headlines and cultures are frequently viewed through the lens of politics or conflict, the creative world still fails to fully reflect the diversity and scale of talent that exists across the planet. We've set out to correct this by building a movement that leads with positivity, proof that global collaboration is still possible, that culture is bigger than conflict, and that creativity exists everywhere, even if opportunity hasn't until now.

For the past three years we've been building 13AM Project 195. The goal is to be the first creative brand in human history to have representation from every single country in the world. One community, one collection, and one story. All 195 nations. This has never been done before. Today we're at 162 countries and growing daily, with nearly 400 artists and over 1,000 pieces of art. Within a few months we'll be at 182, with just 13 remaining, and this is where everything changes.

At this point the online search stops and we enter the real world. 13AM will visit the final 13 countries to find the remaining creatives on the ground. An incredible content series across some of the most remote, unpredictable and visually striking places on Earth. A journey that not only leads us to a world-first achievement but also a breakout YouTube series built for attention. This will be an iconic cultural moment, not just in the UK but potentially worldwide, serving as the launchpad for everything that follows. The series will be spearheaded by a leading content creator within the travel space, combining a world-first achievement with a unique concept, story arc and narrative, and an established audience of millions. The perfect combination for brand partners.

The Role

We're looking for a Commercial Lead to secure brand partnerships for The Final 13. This is a commission-based role suited to someone with an existing network in brand partnerships, sponsorship or commercial sales who wants to be part of something genuinely unique. You'll be responsible for identifying, approaching and closing deals with brands who want to align with a once-in-a-generation creative project.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identifying and approaching brands suitable for partnership with The Final 13 journey and YouTube series.
  • Pitching and negotiating commercial deals.
  • Working closely with the founder to shape the commercial strategy around the project.

What We're Looking For

Someone with a strong track record in brand partnerships, sponsorship or commercial sales. You'll be self-motivated, well-connected and comfortable working independently. Experience in media, content, travel or culture is a bonus but not essential; what matters most is your ability to open doors and close deals.

The Package

This is currently a commission-only role with no salary or retainer. The target is to raise in excess of six figures for The Final 13, so the commission on offer is considerable. Beyond the journey itself, the right person will have ongoing opportunity well beyond the initial partnership deals. Completion of Project 195 will launch the world's first art exhibition with representation from every country on Earth, a major cultural event with significant sponsorship potential in its own right. For someone with the right network, this is a role with real long-term upside.
