Job Description
IT Support Analyst 1st 2nd Line
We are looking for an experienced Windows 10/11, Office365 support professional for one of our clients based in Dartford.They are in need for someone to join their team providing support to their users across the business covering Windows, Office365 and basic networking across desktops, laptops, mobile set-up and anything else user related.
The role will suit someone who has experience of working within a Service Desk that is looking for a challenge within a larger environment with the following skills and experience:
- Strong understanding of Desktop / Laptop support, including installation of hardware.
- Strong understanding of Windows Desktop Operating Systems, including Office 365
- Basic understanding of networking technologies.
- Any knowledge of Windows Server, Service Now, ITIL all beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with junior staff through to senior management and board level.
- Possess a UK Driving License as you will be required to travel to other sites as and when necessary.
This role is working as part of a team and will involve working either 8:00am 4:00pm or 9:00am 5:00pm with the need to be flexible, this could involve, at times international travel although this is very limited.
