Job Description
Business Analyst Finance and HR Systems 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
We are working with a Kent based company who are looking for a strong Business Analyst, ideally someone who has experience of working on implementing HR and Payroll Systems within a cloud environment.
The role will be working as part of a team, using your experience of various tools and technologies to play a role in delivering between IT, Stakeholders and operational teams as well as some vendors with the end goal being successful delivery.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Business Analyst with experience of delivering HR and Payroll implementations.
- Experience of delivering into a cloud based environment, with the ability to work with technical teams.
- Experience of AS IS and TO BE processes as well a being able to communication both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience of flows, wireframes, testing and reporting as well as other generic BA activities.
- Experience of working with an Agile (SCRUM) environment.
