Role: O2C Support Analyst
Location: Edinburgh / Glasgow (Remote with possibility of 2 days per week onsite at times during the contract)
Duration: 12 Months
Day rate: £513 inside IR35
Role Description:
- Work within a team of Oracle ERP and EPM module technical leads ensuring technical skills are developed and maintained to support Oracle Fusion.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Solutions, Finance (O2C) Accounts Receivable (AR), Advanced Collections (AC) and Cash Management (CM) modules with a view to providing technical and functional subject matter expertise.
- Work closely with the Technical Delivery Manager and other team specialists to ensure successful configuration outcomes and report progress for ERP and EPM support and development.
- Work with business leads to understand user stories and lead corresponding design, configuration & testing for enhancements.
- Manage and resolve incidents and work with Oracle and other third parties to resolve incidents as required.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud Solutions, Finance (O2C) Accounts Receivable (AR), Advanced Collections (AC) and Cash Management (CM).
- Configuration of Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections and Cash Management.
- Process knowledge of AR, AC and CM.
- Configuration of OOTB reporting tools OTBI, FRC and knowledge of standard reports.
- Process knowledge of SSP, Proc, AP and Expenses.
