We are working with a fast-growing Prop-Tech start-up on a mission to revolutionise the property rental market by putting power into the hands of tenants. Backed by investors but already very profitable with a solid client-base, they are building cutting-edge solutions that blend technology with the property sector to create seamless, data-driven experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, Django, and modern front-end frameworks (React, React Native, or similar).
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend architectures.
  • Implement and maintain DevOps practices, working with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to bring ideas to life.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Develop with Node.js for backend services where needed.
  • Implement best practices for CI/CD, testing, and automation.

What We're Looking For

  • Comp Sci or STEM Degree from a Top Russell group University
  • 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on Python and Django.
  • Strong experience with React or React Native for building dynamic, responsive front-end applications.
  • Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMs.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and familiarity with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Knowledge of Node.js and building scalable back-end services.
  • Experience in API development and integrating third-party APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Bonus: Experience in the PropTech sector or working with property-related data.
