Mechanical Project Engineer or Mechanical Project Manager required for a fantastic client based in the Leicestershire region. My client is happy to look at engineer or project management level as they are positioned well to offer progression to either. As a mechanical Project Manager you will typically work across refurbishment and new build projects with a variety of sectors to keep your interest. This is a brand new position due to the client's success and healthy pipeline for exciting projects within the region.
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing a number of mechanical / HVAC projects simultaneously whilst managing your site teams
- Managing projects from cradle to grave
- Managing budget and ensuring project is running to its programme
- Working closely with the electrical project engineer / manager and collaborating on any issues
- Attending meetings on and off site
- Health & Safety
- Design input
- Full control of labour and materials and ensure within the given budget
Experience Required:
- Proven track record of managing projects to completion
- Valid experience as a mechanical Project Engineer or Mechanical Project Manager on commercial or industrial projects within building services
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid – ideally
Salary / Benefits:
- £50,000 - £60,000
