Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor required for a successful and long-standing client based in the West Midlands. For this client as an M&E Quantity Surveyor you will work on large scale projects for Tier 1 contractors across the Healthcare, Custodial, Education and Industrial sectors. Great variety of projects to get stuck into.

You will be supporting the M&E Commercial Manager and working between office and site.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing/Negotiation of Sub-Contract packages
  • Produce monthly commercial reports
  • Monthly financial reviews and financial control
  • Dispute resolution
  • Managing Contracts
  • Procurement and tender reviews
  • To agree and resolve final accounts
  • Cost Estimation and Budgeting
  • Variations
  • Risk and opportunity management procedures
  • Attend all commercial meetings

Experience Required:

  • Proven track record of managing your own projects commercially
  • Successful case studies whereby you have added value to complete projects within budget
  • Managing time, problem solving
  • Experience of NEC and JCT forms of contract
  • Seasoned and experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor only
  • Managing M&E, Building services projects across commercial or industrial projects

Salary / Benefits:

£65,000 - £70,000 Car allowance Benefits package
