Electrical Project Manager required for a successful and brilliant client based in the West Midlands. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will typically work across D&B and New Build projects working across the Healthcare, Education and Industrial.
Your Responsibilities:
- Project Managing electrical install projects whilst managing site teams
- Managing projects from cradle to grave
- Managing budget and ensuring project is running to its programme
- Working closely with the Mechanical Project Manager and collaborating on any issues
- Attending meetings on and off site
- Health & Safety
- Design input
- Full control of labour and materials and ensure within the given budget
Experience Required:
- Proven track record of managing projects to completion
- Valid experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial or industrial projects within building services
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid – ideally
Salary / Benefits:
- £55,000 - £60,000
