Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, our client is looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to join their expanding team. They’re also open to ambitious Mechanical Project Engineers ready to step up.
You’ll deliver a mix of refurbishment and new-build projects across multiple sectors, managing projects from cradle to grave.
The Role:
- Overseeing multiple mechanical/HVAC projects
- Managing budgets and programme delivery
- Leading site teams and coordinating with Electrical PMs
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance
- Controlling labour and materials within budget
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering mechanical building services projects
- Commercial or industrial project background
- CSCS (SMSTS & First Aid desirable)
What’s On Offer:
