M&E Contracts Manager required for a large scale MOD project in the West Midlands. Security clearance will be a requirement for this role. This M&E Contracts Manager can come from either bias mechanical or electrical with a proven track record of managing projects cradle to grave.
M&E Contracts Manager responsibilities:
- Full support and project management lead to the M&E installer
- Programming of works, updating reports where required
- Build solid communication channels with client and supply chain
- Take a lead on all Client, Contractor, Site Meetings
- Contribute to the progress of the project
- Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to on-site
- Design input
- Commercial acumen
