M'E Preconstruction Manager desired for a leading UK Construction powerhouse operating in the South West. You will be working across major projects within Healthcare, Industrial, Education and Commercial.
As a Preconstruction Manager, you will be guiding the tender process cradle to grave at a strategic level. Managing bids, tender negotiations, settlement etc from initial contract. This Preconstruction Manager must come from a building services background, ideally through estimating, costing, design or management with a proven track record of preconstruction activities.
- Manage enquiries through the bid process
- Oversee internal tender settlements
- Present tenders to clients
- Negotiate terms
- Take a lead on all bid, tender enquiries meetings
