M&E Contracts Manager required for a large scale MOD project in the West Midlands. Security clearance will be a requirement for this role. This M&E Contracts Manager can come from either bias mechanical or electrical with a proven track record of managing projects cradle to grave.

M&E Contracts Manager responsibilities:

  • Full support and project management lead to the M&E installer
  • Programming of works, updating reports where required
  • Build solid communication channels with client and supply chain
  • Take a lead on all Client, Contractor, Site Meetings
  • Contribute to the progress of the project
  • Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to on-site
  • Design input
  • Commercial acumen
