Senior MEP Project Manager required for exciting projects across Manchester, in particular a symbolic project circa £550m. The client specialises in commercial/industrial flagship projects and is a leader in the construction sector. You will be working for a long-standing client who drives phenomenal growth across the UK.
As a Senior MEP Project Manager, you will be given the opportunity to further your career and grow with the region in the near future across the North West region. This area is also exciting and prime for development and investment, thus attracting major projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Budget control and working closely with the commercial team
- Full detailed reporting on project and monitoring the programme
- Value engineering and problem solving
- Successfully driving and managing the team to completion of project to deadline
- Development of Quality and Quality Plans
- Leading meetings confidently
- Leading the MEP delivery and strategy management
