MEP Building Services Manager required to work for a long-established contractor working on projects across the Midlands. You will be joining a business who have built a strong foundation, particularly within the MEP division of a Main Contractor, with a successful track record of projects up to £100m in both private and public sectors.
This is an exciting position, and the successful candidate will play a major role within the M&E Building Services division for this main contractor. You will be an integral member of the MEP division working on projects cradle to grave.
Responsibilities as a Building Services Manager:
- Project management, overseeing MEP design
- Co-ordinating M&E installation through to commissioning and handover
- Attending all site and client meetings
- Full involvement through preconstruction phases
- Managing the progress and programme of the project’s delivery, particularly M&E
- Minimising risks associated with the projects and involvement with VE
- Full management of the M&E subcontractors and other relevant parties
- Health and Safety input
Salary: £80,000
