SALARY: Opportunity to earn in excess of £45,000 (This includes basic and additional supplements – base is determined on experience)

What you will do
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an AED Operations and Sales Support Lead. This vital role is designed to drive AED (Automated External Defibrillator) sales and ensure seamless operational support across the UK and Ireland.
You will be the bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders, playing a key part in boosting sales, strengthening relationships, and ensuring a smooth sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support.
- Act as the main point of contact for AED inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Assist the sales / engineering teams with prospecting, lead qualification, and customer follow-ups.
- Liaise across departments including logistics, customer service, and marketing
- Manage CRM updates and ensure sales data is accurate and up to date
- Identify and act on opportunities to grow AED sales in both new and existing markets.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote AED solutions.
What we look for
- People-Person: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, able to work independently and take initiative.
- Previous experience in sales support, operations, or customer-facing roles (ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or public safety industries).
- Familiarity with AEDs or medical equipment or CRM Systems (a plus, but not essential).
- Driving License: Full current UK driving license
