13 Artists is one of the world’s leading independent booking agencies, operating worldwide, excluding the USA and Canada. This role is based out of our Brighton office. The successful candidate will handle bookings, scheduling, and liaise with various departments. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a music agency and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role offers a unique opportunity to participate in supporting renowned artists and professionals. This is an ideal position for someone organised and with excellent attention to detail.
Role Specification
- Confirmation of Shows
- Representing the Agent at shows and networking events in the UK and further afield.
- Communicate directly with Artists’ teams
- Acquiring availabilities from promoters, compiling necessary info
- Inputting and checking all offers and changes in offers into the schedule and the database.
- Checking all info is entered into the database in an accurate and timely manner.
- Guest lists requests
- Maintaining festival lists
- Issuing contracts
- Organise mail-outs and managing Agent’s email inbox when needed
- Collating information in preparation for meetings
- Diary and travel management
- Expenses admin
