HRIS Project Manager – Cornerstone – £80k FTC
Location: Head office in Cambridgeshire – a few days p/w initially (travel expenses paid if you live outside of the Cambridgeshire area)
Salary: £80k FTC
Contract Type: 9 month Fixed Term Contract – with a view to move to perm.
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Cornerstone HR system across multiple European regions. Reporting to the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
This role requires a highly organised and proactive individual with a strong background in HR system implementations, project management, and stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth rollout and successful adoption of the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Cornerstone HR system, managing timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Coordinate project workstreams, ensuring alignment across teams to meet project objectives.
- Manage stakeholder communication, keeping key decision-makers informed and engaged.
- Oversee data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues where necessary.
- Facilitate change management efforts, ensuring effective system adoption.
- Maintain project documentation for governance, transparency, and future reference.
About You To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in leading HR system implementation projects, ideally within large organisations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
