The Role

This is an entry-level administrative role, ideal for someone looking to start their career in construction/highways administration. You will receive full training and ongoing support, working closely with the operations and management team. The role will involve a mix of general office administration, site support, and project coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • General office administration and document management
  • Answering phones and handling email enquiries
  • Data entry and record keeping
  • Assisting with job sheets, site paperwork and reports
  • Supporting project and operations teams with admin tasks
  • Filing, scanning, and maintaining digital records
  • Assisting with compliance documentation and health & safety paperwork
  • Liaising with site teams and supervisors
