Our client, a leading provider of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) solutions is looking for a well experienced M&E Contracts Manager for their operations team based in West Thurrock. Their project values range from £50,000 - £22 million and are located in and around London and Southeast. This successful candidate will need to travel to sites in and around London and as required by the Operations Team.
Duties:
- Manage full M&E packages from inception through to completion.
- Oversee procurement of materials, coordination of labour, and management of specialist subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Take responsibility for project financials including valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Attend and lead progress meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Provide clear communication across project teams and maintain high standards of site safety and compliance.
- Run multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all contractual, commercial, and operational objectives are met.
- Report directly into the Operations Manager with regular progress reports required for all sites.
Requirements:
