We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base, grow revenue, and strengthen strategic relationships across the construction sector. You will identify new business opportunities, build lasting partnerships, and collaborate closely with our recruitment operations to deliver tailored workforce solutions that help clients succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within construction (contractors, builders, developers, M&E firms, etc.). Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting key markets and sectors.
- Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with decision-makers at construction and project management firms. Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery and responsiveness. Conduct regular account reviews to deepen client engagement and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
- Market Insight & Strategy: Provide strategic input into service offerings and pricing to maintain market leadership.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal recruitment consultants to align client needs with candidate delivery. Prepare sales forecasts, performance metrics, and regular reports for senior leadership.
