We’re looking for an experienced Supervisor to join a £60m commercial electrical project in Bexhill. This is a great opportunity to work on a stable, long-term project overseeing a team of Gold Card Electricians.
Role Description- Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians on site
- Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to at all times
- Plan and schedule daily work to meet project deadlines
- Liaise with management and site teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Support the team with technical guidance and problem-solving
- Valid Gold Card (CSCS card)
- SSSTS required
- Proven experience supervising commercial electrical projects
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- You will be employed directly through the contractor
- CIS or Ltd Company payments
- Payments processed via payroll partner every 2 weeks
