Risk and Compliance Assistant Salary up to £40k Hybrid working This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading Law firms and become an integral member of their Risk and Compliance team here is Liverpool. The main purpose of the role will be to manage the business ISO accreditation process & other industry standards, in particular in relation to the Business Continuity and Information Security. Key Duties & Responsibilities:- Assist in management of compliance frameworks, policies, standards, processes, & procedures. Work closely with the Risk and Compliance Manager ensuring the company complies with all regulatory requirements & industry best practices, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensure the business complies with a range of ISO standards. Conduct gap analysis reviews & risk assessments across governance, risk and information security and mitigating risk Manage policy and process reviews including creating any new draft policies for stakeholder approval, version controls and annual reviews. Liaise with external regulators, assessors and auditors, as and when require Work collaboratively with the Risk and Compliance Manager to ensure frameworks for compliance, complaints and breaches of regulatory obligations is robust.
