RTA Paralegal We are looking for an experienced RTA Paralegal to join a busy Personal Injury team, managing a caseload of Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims from inception through to settlement. Key responsibilities: Managing a caseload of RTA files both pre and post issue Progressing claims efficiently and in line with relevant protocols and procedures Liaising with clients, insurers, solicitors and other third parties Preparing and reviewing legal documentation Conducting negotiations to achieve the best possible outcome for clients Ensuring files are accurately maintained and progressed within required timescales Previous experience handling an RTA caseload of litigated files is essential for this role.
