You'll manage your own varied caseload of claimant Clinical Negligence matters while working alongside experienced legal professionals who are committed to your ongoing development and success.
The Role
- Manage a varied caseload of Clinical Negligence claims from inception through to conclusion.
- Provide exceptional client care throughout the claims process.
- Draft legal documents, witness statements and correspondence.
- Liaise with medical experts, counsel and third parties.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in Clinical Negligence.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage your own caseload independently.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- A proactive and organised approach to case management.
- Ambitious, motivated and keen to progress your career.
