About the role
Salary: £14.07 per hour during training, then approximately £30,500 annualised (39 hours per week) with overtime available. Working from the Macduff depot on Union Road, Macduff (AB44 1UJ). Shift patterns – any five days over seven.
Responsibilities
- Drive the modern, sustainable fleet safely, smoothly and confidently.
- Ensure every passenger has a comfortable, safe journey.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all passengers.
- Maintain a welcoming environment and support passengers, especially those requiring assistance.
- Operate flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age and hold a valid PCV licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Punctual, safe and courteous driving approach.
- Positive, friendly attitude and commitment to customer service.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a supportive team.
