Job Overview
Stagecoach is looking for banksmen / traffic marshals to work in the bus station in Aberdeen and the depot at Tullos.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe movement of buses within the bus station or depot.
- Guide drivers to safely exit passenger stands and start their journey.
- Assist drivers when reversing and stop manoeuvres if potentially unsafe.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and controllers.
- Work in all weather conditions, using provided protective clothing.
- Follow all Health and Safety regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- No driving licence required, but an advantage if held.
- Experience in a vehicle‑movement environment is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and Health & Safety regulations.
