Overview
Qualified Bus Driver position at Stagecoach Ballater depot. The role involves operating a fleet of 48 buses in Ballater and surrounding areas, providing safe and reliable transport for passengers. Salary and Hours
Weekly earnings of £614* with opportunities for overtime. Typical annualised salary of £31,950* based on 42 hours per week. Pay rate of £14.63 per hour with annual earnings of £29,670 based on 39 hours per week, plus overtime. Shift patterns: any 5 days over 7.
Responsibilities
- Drive the fleet safely, smoothly and confidently.
- Ensure every passenger has a great journey and receives top‑notch customer service.
- Provide a welcoming environment where customers feel respected, cared for and looked after.
- Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Adhere to all safety, health and cleaning procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old and hold a PCV licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Patient, safe and courteous driving approach.
- Positive, friendly attitude and passion for delivering great customer service.
