About the role
Stagecoach is looking for friendly, safety‑conscious people to join our team at the Aviemore depot. No prior bus driving experience is required – we pay you to train, cover the cost of your PCV licence and equip you to succeed on the road.
Location
Aviemore depot, Myrtlefield Industrial Estate, Aviemore PH22 1SB. The Inverness depot also covers the Highlands, Moray and Grampian region with a team of 21 drivers.
Salary and Benefits
Weekly earnings of £613 (typical annualised salary £31,886). Training pay £14.60 per hour for 6–8 weeks; overtime rate £16.50 per hour. Competitive hourly rates, pension, 33 days holiday, free travel for you and a companion, and a wide range of discounts.
Responsibilities
- Complete Stagecoach's industry‑leading training and secure your PCV licence.
- Drive our fleet safely, smoothly and confidently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers of all ages and backgrounds.

- Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- 18 years old or older.
- Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Right to work in the UK (minimum 183 days in the UK as per DVLA).
- Patient, safe and courteous approach to driving.
- Positive, friendly attitude and passion for great customer service.
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
