120Feet is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Adobe Implementation Specialist to deliver advanced digital analytics deployments for a variety of clients. You’ll be joining a great team working with excellent clients. Most of your time will be spent deep in the configuration of a tag manager, Adobe Analytics (AA) and, over time, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Therefore, we require someone with very strong technical expertise, an analytical mindset and the confidence to work directly with clients and peers to ensure a high-quality data collection capability.

To achieve this, we specialise in helping clients use experimentation to improve customer journeys and experiences, planning and deploying Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, deploying tag management systems, setting up consent management, undertaking reporting & analysis services and delivering data and consulting projects. We have 30+ clients, with many well-known brands such as Tesco Mobile, Domino’s, Ralph Lauren, TSB, Avis Budget Group and AO.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Adobe Analytics across web and mobile environments.
  • Translate business requirements into a solution design, including detailed tracking specifications and technical documentation.
  • Implement a wide variety of marketing and advertising tags and integrations.
  • Work closely with client developers to ensure correct data layer design and event instrumentation.
  • Deploy, test and validate the implementation.
  • Troubleshoot complex implementation issues involving data layers, web frameworks and consent integrations.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency and alignment with client strategies and goals.
  • Provide client-facing technical support, training and documentation as required.
  • Maintain awareness of industry developments, best practices and platform updates.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Expert in Adobe Analytics implementation.
  • Experience using Adobe Web SDK, XDM Schemas and AEP configuration (datastreams and Data Sets).
  • Deep technical expertise with at least one - and preferably multiple - tag management systems, such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch / Experience Platform Data Collection and Tealium iQ.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript, DOM Structure & APIs and user interaction tracking relating to tagging, using both jQuery and vanilla JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with data layers, JSON structures and event-based data collection frameworks.
  • Experience working with debugging tools and validating tracking across browsers and devices.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with products such as Jira and Confluence would be advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to independently manage tasks, deadlines and client expectations.
  • Detail-oriented, inquisitive nature and analytical mindset.

Desirable Skills

  • A good understanding of GA4.
  • A keen interest in the effective use of AI.
  • A working knowledge of CJA or a desire to learn and work with CJA.
  • Use of broader Adobe Experience Cloud tools; eg AEP, Target, Audience Manager, Launch extensions.
  • Adobe APIs (AA, AEP and CJA) for data fetching, debugging and administration.
  • AEP Assurance or Proxyman / Charles for testing and validation.
  • Using tools such as Postman.
  • Implementing and debugging analytics for mobile apps and other non-web products; eg call centre, point of sale, in-store devices.
  • Good knowledge of server-side tagging products: Server Side GTM; Tealium EventStream; Adobe Event Forwarding / datastreams.
  • Familiarity with CDPs or customer data orchestration platforms, such as: Tealium Audience Stream; Adobe Real-Time CDP; Segment.
  • Understanding of GDPR, consent frameworks and CMP integrations.
  • SQL knowledge and experience using data warehouses.
  • Confident delivering client training on both end user tools such as Analysis Workspace, development tools and procedures (HTML, JavaScript, tag managers).
  • A good understanding of agile web development practices.

Location

This is primarily a remote role where you will work from home. Onsite time with clients is required from time to time and this will vary depending on individual client requirements; this may be 1 day per month. You will need to be eligible to work in the UK and also live in the UK.
