We are working with a Main Contractor who are delivering a Data Centre project in North London to find a Technical Services Manager / MEP Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This project is underway and is due to last into 2029. This company has been delivering Data Centres in the UK and across Europe at a fair rate and their order book shows no signs of slowing down, so this really is a long-term opportunity in a growing business for someone who wants to progress into a more senior role going forward.
You will be reporting into the Project Director and you will be responsible for the successful delivery & commissioning of the whole project. Their engagement is Design & Build and so having someone with some Design Experience would be a plus here but by no means essential. The key thing here is Data Centre experience.
The role would be based on site, so you need to be able to commute reliably to North London. We cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
