We are looking for a Technical Services Manager to join a Main Contractor in London in their Prime Residential Division. As the name suggests, this division works on some of the most high-end residential projects in London delivering some absolutely mind-blowing homes.
Due to winning a new project in Knightsbridge, they are looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join their team to take the reins on this one. We have been asked to find someone with the following skills and experience:
- Experience of working with a Main Contractor as a Technical Services Manager, Building Services Manager or MEP Project Manager
- Experience of working on ultra high-end residential or hotel projects
- Knowledge of Saunas/Spa’s and similar
- Experience of working with consultants from precon through to managing delivery, commissioning and handover
