The Role
As a Revit MEP Coordinator, you will play a key role in the design and coordination of MEP services for offsite manufacturing, ensuring seamless project delivery from concept to installation. You will work closely with design, BIM, and project teams to develop high-quality, clash-free MEP models.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing detailed Revit MEP models for offsite fabrication
- Coordinating mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) services within a BIM environment
- Collaborating with design teams, engineers, and project managers to optimise layouts and resolve clashes
- Supporting DFMA processes to enhance efficiency and buildability
