An established architectural metalwork business is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The company delivers bespoke architectural metalwork projects across London, working with a range of clients, contractors and construction professionals.

The Project Manager will take responsibility for managing multiple projects from initial design through to fabrication, installation and completion. You will act as the key point of contact between the client, subcontractors and the company’s internal design and fabrication teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple architectural metalwork projects simultaneously.
  • Take projects from initial instruction through to final completion.
  • Coordinate directly with clients, main contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors and specialist installers.
  • Coordinate internal design, engineering and fabrication teams.
  • Review project requirements, drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure designs are developed in line with project requirements.
  • Coordinate design approvals and manage changes throughout the project.
  • Liaise with fabrication teams to ensure production is aligned with programme requirements.
