MEP BIM Manager Kings Cross, London £80,000 Salary We are working with a MEP Contractor with projects all across the UK to find an experienced MEP BIM Manager to join their team. The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office or on site with the other two remotely. You will join a business who have just had their best ever year of trading and who are set to surpass these figures in 2026. You will be working as part of their Southern Region Team who mainly work on commercial new builds and fit outs in Central London. These are mainly CAT A&B Fit Outs, but they also have recently won a couple of Hotel fit out projects too. Software wise you will be using Revit day to day alongside Navisworks. You will be managing a team of 4 Coordinators as well, all of whom have been there for over 4 years. This is a real opportunity for someone who wants to lead a BIM Team in a growing MEP Contractor and have a real say in the future of the business.
