We are on the lookout for an experienced Mechanical Design Manager to join a Main Contractor based in Central London. You will be the central point for all things Mechanical, from performing design validation with the consultants' work to managing the sub-contract supply chain for delivery of projects and handing over to the end client.
Projects here are varied, from commercial fit out through to residential and mixed use. Given the residential projects, you will need to have experience of this type of project and a good understanding of building regulations and Gateway 2 & 3 guidelines.
