We are working with a MEP Subcontractor in Central London who are looking for a Lead BIM Coordinator to join their team. The role will be mainly based on sites across Zone 1 Central London, however some attendance at the Head Office near London Bridge will be required.
You will start off by working across two large projects as BIM Lead and looking after a small team of Coordinators who are based full time on site. Both projects are CAT-B Commercial Fit Outs, however these guys also cover some large mixed use projects. Typical project values for the MEP elements range upwards from £5,000,000.
We need someone for this who is happy to still be hands on with the model and make changes where necessary - although there are teams on each, the success of this business has been built around everyone chipping in as a team.
They use Revit and Navisworks, although some projects they are tendering on will be using Revizto so it would be an advantage to have experience with this software, but training will be provided regardless if not. MEP background is essential.
We cannot offer sponsorship for this role. Please apply via the links on this page and the team at 12 Recruitment will be in touch.
