CONTRACT – Lead Revit MEP Coordinator
Liverpool Street, London
£35ph Outside of IR35 – 9 months
We are looking for a Lead Revit MEP Coordinator to take on a 9 month contract with a large MEP Subcontractor on a project based near Liverpool Street Station. The contract is a large commercial refurbishment and you will be coordinating several floors, some CAT A and some CAT B.
Day to day you will be managing changes to the model using Revit MEP. Clash detection is being done in Revitzo, but training can be provided on this if you haven\’t used it yet.
You will be based on site, but as this is a part refurbishment of the building, the site offices are purpose built commercial offices with modern facilities.
The project is scheduled to complete in mid to late summer, but we expect this to lead to further engagements as this client likes to keep the same people in the business where possible.
