We are working exclusively with a MEP Contractor to find them a MEP BIM Manager to join their team in the Central London office.
They have long been established as one of the key players in the UK, and opened up the London office in 2016. This office is now the most profitable in the business and due to the projects already secured for next year are looking to add a BIM Manager to the team.
You will be hitting the ground running here, leading a team of 3 Coordinators to tackle a large commercial job with a £18 million MEP Contract. In 2024 they invested heavily in their BIM Infrastructure, so you will definitely have the tools to do the job with access to all the software you would need and tech that will help make a difference too.
Their typical project portfolio is Commercial, high end residential and Hospitals, however they completed MEP contracts on 2 data centres this year and are anticipating long term growth in this sector.
